Calaveras County needs new leadership to move forward. Solving the current deficit issue is a start, but there remains much of the over $300 million budget that needs investigating.

Your District 5 Supervisor is responsible for making sure your tax dollars are being spent efficiently, effectively and responsibly.

Sadly, for the past 8 years, your Supervisor has been a rubber stamp to approve expenses without regard to future year consequences. This has to stop – so we can move forward.

There is more than enough funding in place to both balance the budget and to chart a long-term sustainable future. We can’t get there with either of the two other candidates for this District 5 position.
